The cabins sleep a maximum of eight guests. Occupancy is limited to bedding accommodations provided. All Cabins (excluding Manzanita) - $209 per night Manzanita Cabin 1 bedroom & Loft, one bath. Rate is $169 per night 5% discounts on stays of 7 days or more All cabins come with TV, VCR and full kitchen Room tax 8% - Rates Subject To Change Minimum Stay Subject To Season - Peak Seasons require a minimum stay. $20 surcharge for all changes or cancellations Check In Time: 4 PM -9 PM - Check Out Time: 11 AM

Advance Deposit Advance Deposit of $100 per night required. Holiday Periods may require full payment in advance. Reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of deposit. Cancellation Policy Cancellation must by made 30 days in advance. Full refund minus $20 surcharge for all change or cancellation made 30 days prior to reservation. Housekeeping Cleaning-Damage Deposit of $100 due at check in. This will be returned within 14 working days of departure if all housekeeping requirements are met and no extra cleaning or repairs are necessary. One small pet is acceptable in some cabins with prior approval and an additional $100 pet deposit. Light housekeeping is required of cabin guests before departure. Floors must be swept and vacuumed, kitchens cleaned with dishes washed and put away, beds stripped and trash put out.
